Since founding Momenta, Ken has made over 120 investments in entrepreneurs and has helped scale over 150 industry leaders through Momenta's strategic advisory.
Ken holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Software Engineering from the University of Silicon Valley and an Executive MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University. He resides in Switzerland and maintains an office in the 'cloud'.

Harinderpal (Hans) Hanspal is a technology industry veteran and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience driving digital business and product transformations across technology, industrial, telecom, media, and entertainment industries. His expertise spans global companies and startups in leadership roles that include business development, product management, corporate strategy, and customer success at GE, Pivotal Software, VMware, and EMC (now DellEMC). As co-founder and COO of Nurego, an Industrial IoT Monetization startup, he helped grow the company from conception to a successful exit to GE. Hans lives in Seattle with his family and, in his spare time, leads the 4200+ member IoT Hub Meetup group.
Miroslav is a seasoned leader in finance, GTM, and product strategy, with extensive experience as an operator, entrepreneur, and AIoT-enabled SaaS specialist. His most recent roles include Head of Finance & Strategy at Axino AI and Head of Strategy at SmartSense by Digi. Miroslav passionately advocates Industry 5.0 and believes in harnessing the power of overlapping technological innovation platforms to drive sustainability. With roots in the Czech Republic, he is committed to fostering connections between the CEE region and the United States through the startup ecosystem.
Dave has over 30 years of experience in Digital Industry spanning Global R&D, Product, and Innovation in Energy, Process, and Telecommunication industries. He has served in several executive leadership positions as CTO and VP of R&D in companies such as Xylem, Sensus, and Lucent Technologies/Bell Labs, as well as advisory roles with public companies and academic institutions. His product experience spans full stack industrial IoT solutions from chip, hardware, and RF engineering to connectivity, software applications, and data analytics. Prior to joining Momenta, Dave was VP of Innovation Strategy & Partnerships at Xylem, where he was responsible for enterprise strategy and ecosystem partnerships.
