In this episode, Ken Forster talks to Andy Bane, CEO of Element Analytics. Based in Silicon Valley, Element is an industrial analytics software company that makes data work for people, proactively surfacing insight where it's needed most.

Previously, Andy served as EVP and Chief Strategy Officer for ABB Enterprise Software, EVP of Product Management and CMO at Ventyx, and VP of Operations and Marketing at Global Energy Decisions. Andy has overseen dozens of new product launches spanning enterprise applications, automation and control systems, and analytical applications for asset-intensive industries. Andy earned his BA at the University of Colorado, Boulder.
