Momenta Partners, the leading global advisory, talent, and ventures firm focused on Connected Industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Bill O’Such as a Strategy Partner in the Advisory team.
Bill brings over 20 years of extensive history of Connected Industry leadership roles in M&A, strategic partnerships and investments driving international business and expansion for Fortune 500 companies. As an industry veteran with a multi-disciplinary skill set, Bill brings extensive experience ranging from leading initial digital offerings, delivering digital strategy workshops, developing competitive intelligence, assessing technology players and managing compound projects. He’s a cross-company expert with deep market, product, and technology insights in IIoT, analytics, autonomous vehicle software, fog/edge computing, network function virtualization and modern DevOps.Bill has previously worked at an Intel subsidiary as a Senior Director in Strategy & Corporate Development where he refined their business strategy and managed an ongoing M&A/investment program. He spearheaded inorganic deals including business justification, candidate assessment, presentations to executive staff, discovery, negotiation, diligence, value drivers and all aspects of deal execution in tight collaboration with Intel Capital and Intel Strategic Transactions Group and led the diligence team for the Intel divestiture of Wind River.
Prior to this role, Bill worked at Wind River when it was an independent company as Senior Director in Strategic Engagements. Here he accelerated an open framework, switching software platform by structuring a new product initiative between Wind River and Intel for cloud-based data centers. Bill led the incubation of a new product initiative that remotely monitored the performance of aggregated embedded systems. He has led the business development for product acceleration deals collaborating closely with professional services, sales, product management and engineering. In the early parts of his career, Bill assembled a worldwide development team through hiring and acquisition that delivered commercial embedded software.

Bill speaks fluent French and has degrees in Masters of Electric Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology and Bachelor of Science from Rutgers University.
