After working for Hewlett Packard as an R&D Engineer and later a sales engineer, K.C. joined two HP colleagues to found Advantech in 1983, as a leader in innovative, embedded and automation products and solutions. He has led the company as Chairman ever since, driving the company to be recognized as a Top 10 Global Brand from Taiwan by Interbrand every year since 2013.
