The Global Digital Forum is a conference with a difference, focusing on digital transformation and creating a community of both technology providers and consumers to share problems, challenges, ideas and best practices.

With over 6,500 attendees and visitors, 100+ speakers, and more than 35 technical sessions, the Global Digital Forum's objective is to elevate the conversation around digital transformation. The Forum is a customer focused and industry solutions conference, making it a place where customers and innovators can meet and discuss end-to-end solutions.

GDF will address all horizontal digital technologies being AI, security, blockchain, cloud computing and IoT and Edge computing. Allowing attendees to dive into a dialogue of the future of technology as well as the practical applications across eight leading industries including manufacturing, energy, smart cities, logistics and more. The conference will be attended by a mix of CXOs, Executives, VPs and Venture Capitalists in addition to representatives from BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa), the top five major emerging national economies in the world.

CONFERENCE AGENDA:

Nick Marshall, Momenta's COO will be discussing Recruiting and Retaining Talent in the Digital World the second day of the event, September 5th, 3:00-4:30 at Hall B4.

As recruiting and retaining talent is more challenging today than ever before, traditional Executive and Professional Search models are struggling to align with this rapidly evolving talent landscape. While managers play key roles in a classic organization, digital transformations require employees with special skills and competencies, including data scientists, engineers and database administrators. Understanding technology and how it can help to bridge this knowledge-gap to meet  our Clients and Candidates larger objectives is the billion-dollar question we at Momenta are racing to solve.
