With over two decades of experience, Roger has consistently delivered business growth, helping companies achieve a $1.2 billion increase in enterprise value through organic development and M&A strategies. His ability to transform transactional systems into ML-driven applications and migrate on-premises systems to SaaS platforms has had a significant and lasting impact on the industrial sector.

In addition to his leadership positions, Roger has advised venture capital and private equity firms on M&A transactions, guiding organizations through strategic growth opportunities in the industrial space.
